Wana Clean Bin is committed to making our website and service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities

Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to learn about our service, book a clean, and manage their account. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, which is the international standard for accessible web content.

What we've done

Our website is built on Wix, which provides accessibility features including:

  • Keyboard navigation support

  • Screen reader compatibility

  • Adjustable text size

  • Alternative text for images

  • Sufficient colour contrast on key text

  • Known limitations

  • We're a small business and we're aware our website isn't perfect on accessibility. Some areas we know need work:

  • Some images on our site may not yet have descriptive alt text

  • Some forms may not be fully optimised for screen readers

  • Mobile accessibility is being improved

  • We are working to fix these as we grow.

  • How to report an issue

  • If you find any part of our website hard to use, or if our service has accessibility barriers we haven't thought of, please tell us. We'll fix it as quickly as we can.
